When Will My Order Ship?
We sincerely understand the importance of receiving your order as quickly as possible. We normally ship within a day. Orders received after 10am EST will be processed the next business day dependent upon the carrier purchased.
• Since all our products require to be shipped frozen, we ship Monday through Wednesday so that they are not in transit over the weekend.
• If your order is placed between Wednesday and Sunday, your order will be shipped the next Monday.
• If your package arrives and the items are not frozen or are beginning to get warm, they are still safe to eat. Please place them in the refrigerator.
• Be sure to reference the carrier maps below to determine how to track your order based on the carrier and service level purchased at the time of checkout.

Shipping Policy
We take extra care in shipping our perishable treats so they arrive fresh and delicious! However, once a package leaves our hands, it’s in the carrier’s control. If your order is delayed or missing, here’s what to do:

Check Tracking & Contact the Carrier First – If your package is delayed more than 2 days past the expected delivery date, please check tracking updates and contact the carrier (USPS/UPS). Sometimes packages arrive a day late due to unforeseen delays.

Still Missing After 4 Days? – Reach out to us immediately. Since our products are perishable, timely delivery is crucial. We will help you file a claim with the carrier and determine the best solution.

Lost or Severely Delayed Packages (5+ Days) – If the carrier confirms the package is lost or undeliverable, we’ll work with you on next steps. Shipping costs are non-refundable, as they go directly to the carrier, but we will always do our best to make things right.

Important: Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout! We cannot replace or refund orders due to address errors or if packages are left outside for extended periods.

We appreciate your understanding—as a small business, we absorb the costs of perishable shipments, but we can’t control carrier delays. Thank you for supporting fresh, handcrafted treats! 


Calculate Shipping Cost:
Fill your cart with the items and enter your shipping zip code. Choose the shipping option you desire.


Tracking My Order:
A tracking number will be emailed to you on the day your order ships. (Be sure to check your spam/junk/promotions folders, if you do not see an email from Paryani Foods; info@paryanifoods.com).
The Paryani Foods website will show your order information including the tracking number. Click on the tracking number to see the detailed tracking information on the UPS or USPS website.


Returns and Claims:
• If you do not receive your order, or if it has been damaged in transit, please contact us. Please submit your claims within 7 days to be eligible for a refund.
• We are sincerely devoted to using nutritious and healthy desserts using only pure wholesome ingredients and absolutely no preservatives. We take utmost care to package our products so they get to you as fresh as possible. Please be mindful that your items ship frozen and decide on the right shipping method.
• Food products are not returnable.


Cancellations
Please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel an order. You can cancel the order as long as it has not shipped. Please call us to confirm that your order has not shipped. The order is considered cancelled once you get a confirmation from us.
Once the order has shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.

Orders shipped by USPS will be shipped Monday-Thursday*. Please note that orders can be delivered on Saturday when shipped via USPS.
*Excluding holidays and/or acts of mother nature
*Orders are processed at 11am EST. If order is placed AFTER 11am EST, order will be shipped the next business day.
*Orders placed on Wednesday after cut of time of 11:00 am EST, for UPS 2 -Day will ship the following Monday. UPS orders only ship MONDAY- WEDNESDAY.


For Areas Serviced by United Postal Service (UPS)


Orders that are located in YELLOW and BROWN may be shipped UPS and arrive within 1-2 days time.
YELLOW = 1 day transit time
BROWN = 2-day transit time
Orders shipped to YELLOW zones will be processed Monday-Thursday 11 am EST*
Orders in BROWN zones will ship Monday-Wednesday 11 am EST*
If UPS 2-Day shipping was purchased, orders will be processed Monday-Wednesday*
If UPS Next Day shipping was purchased, orders will be processed Monday-Thursday 11am EST*
Orders shipping to ALL OTHER ZONES will revert to USPS PRIORITY MAIL 1-3 Days Shipping
